Return Policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

dailydozen doesn't accept general returns of online purchases. In case you receive a Leakage or damaged product, you can raise an enquiry for a refund or replacement. However, that request has to be raised within 2-3 days of product delivery.

The replacement product is dispatched as soon as the customer representative informs the Operations team.

While the refund process takes 5-6 days from the day it has been issued.

dailydozen reserves all rights to accept or reject return requests.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

dailydozen reserves the right to cancel/reject any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods.

Other than that, any customer can request cancellations within 24 hrs of placing the orders, by writing to us at  “info@dailydozen.in

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund.
